Friends recommended Brad because of their positive experience and I am so glad they did. Brad explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions. He was always available. Thanks to great advise and preparation, our house sold in 3 days and for over our asking price.

Absolutely amazed by the performance Brad did with scouting out things in the homes we saw. He was very honest about things he was worried about in homes we looked at or any part in the process. This is our second time buying a home and I wish we went with him the first time! He was involved in every aspect and I knew we could message/ call him with any questions we had. Brad is phenomenal! As a first time buyer I was nervous, and unsure of what I wanted, but Brad was patient and guided me through the process with ease.
